The basic course and or "Coffee Expert" aims to provide to all bartenders operators a basic formation on the world of coffee, it lasts about eight hours and it consist of theoretical and practical activities.
The meeting - held within the company - is open to all coffee novices.
Particularly, during the lesson they learn the fundamental stages of the coffee history, from the origin to its spread in the world.
During the lesson it will be illustrated the basic rules to obtain a quality espresso and cappuccino and it educates to the right use and to the correct maintenance of equipment.
