The course consists of learn the art of decorating all types of drinks espresso-based, from cappuccino to all other beverages, using milk, cocoa, chocolate and more, giving you the chance to put into practice new forms of milk drawings in front of the customer.
The course is organized and structured to provide to participants the tools and techniques for the preparation of the main products of the cafeteria and also the less traditional speciality.
