Tiramisù di Pandoro
Tiramisu is one of everyone's favorite desserts...why not try making a perfect variation for the Christmas season? Today we're making Pandoro tiramisu together...let's take all the ingredients. ingredients necessary:
- 1 pandoro
- 500 g of mascarpone
- 200 ml of fresh whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 8 cups of marcafè coffee
- 50 g of sugar
- Bitter cocoa and coffee beans for decoration
Procedure:
Let's prepare the coffee, sweeten it to taste and let it cool
In 2 separate bowls, whisk the egg whites and fresh cream until stiff.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, egg yolks, sugar and a cup of coffee. Add the cream and the whipped egg whites a little at a time, stirring from the bottom up.
Take the pandoro and cut it horizontally into slices about 1.5 cm thick.
Arrange a layer of pandoro slices in a baking dish so that they cover the entire surface, brush them with coffee, and then pour a layer of mascarpone cream.
Repeat the process until the baking dish is full, add a dusting of bitter cocoa and a few coffee beans as decoration.
We keep it in the fridge and, after a couple of hours, our pandoro tiramisu is ready to be enjoyed!!!
