The sun provides nearly 40% of our electricity needs.
Approximately 300 m² of solar panels, installed on the roof of the parking area, generate approximately 50,000 kWh of electricity each year.

From roasting to compost.
During roasting, a thin film naturally separates from the coffee bean.
The coffee chaff is collected and sent to a specialized company, which uses it to produce compost.
What you can't see matters.
Roasting is at the heart of our work. We also pay close attention to what is produced during the manufacturing process.
The fumes generated during roasting are channeled into a system for post-combustion, which helps reduce carbon monoxide (CO) and treat the fumes before they are released into the atmosphere.
Dust under control.
The dust generated during processing is captured by filters installed in special silos, thereby limiting its release into the environment.
One package, multiple uses.
Some of our green coffee arrives at the plant in big bags weighing 600 and 1,000 kg. After unloading, we return them to our suppliers to encourage their reuse.
