COFFEE EXPERT

The basic or "Coffee Expert" course aims to provide all baristas with a fundamental understanding of the world of coffee. It lasts approximately eight hours, including theoretical lessons and practical activities. The course, held within the company, is aimed at all coffee novices. Specifically, the lesson covers the fundamental stages of coffee's history, from its origins to its spread throughout the world. The fundamental rules for producing a quality espresso and cappuccino are also illustrated, as well as those relating to the correct use and maintenance of equipment.

LATTE ART

The goal of the course is to elevate the professional level and prestige of the Barista. The course focuses on learning the art of decorating all types of espresso-based drinks, from cappuccinos to all other beverages, using milk, cocoa, chocolate, and more, giving participants the opportunity to practice new designs in front of customers. The course is organized and structured to provide participants with the tools and techniques for preparing the most common coffee products, as well as less traditional ones. It includes both theoretical and practical training, during which participants will learn everything from the perfect espresso to new coffee-based beverages.
