Coffee macaroons
Dear Marcafè friends, welcome back! Today we are going to make some mouth-watering coffee macaroons together. Let's get:
* 120 g peeled almonds
* 60 g of sugar
* 1 cup of Marcafè coffee
* 1 egg white
* 8 coffee beans for decoration
**Procedure**
1. Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
2. We grind the almonds until they become a grainy flour.
3. In a bowl, we combine almonds, sugar and the cup of coffee, mixing well.
4. We add the egg white a little at a time until the mixture is moist and sticky.
5. We form balls the size of walnuts, dip them in sugar and decorate with a coffee bean.
6. We place on baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for 15 min.
7. Let cool and store in airtight container: soft and irresistible!
