Here, between the silence of the plateau and the patient work of small producers, this is born 100% Arabica hand-picked and processed using the washed method.
The altitude (between 1200 and 2000 metres) and the stable climate give the beans a clean, rounded profile, with delicate acidity and a sweetness that moves between chocolate and ripe citrus.
