Refund and Return Policy

The quality of our products is our constant commitment. In this section, you'll find the rules and procedure for requesting a return simply and transparently.

Return Conditions

  • The return can be requested within 14 days from delivery.
  • The products must be sealed, intact and undamaged.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, It is not possible to accept returns of opened coffee packages.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense; it is possible to use a courier of your choice.
  • The customer is responsible for the goods during return transport until they arrive at our premises.
  • Any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
  • In the event of an error on our part in sending the product, the costs will be entirely at our expense.

How to make a return

  • Download the return form From this page, fill it out and insert it inside the package.
  • Send a return request through our contact form, specifying order number And reason for return.
    (Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after purchasing.)
  • Send the package via the courier of your choice to the address below.

  • Upon receipt and verification of the goods, we will issue the reimbursement with the same payment method.

Substitutions

For organizational reasons, substitutions are handled as follows:

  • The products must return to the company following the return procedure.
  • After verification, we issue the refund relative to the original order.
  • The customer will then be able to place a new order with the desired items as replacements.

Refund Timeframes

The refund is issued within 5–10 working days from receipt and verification of the return, using the same payment method of the order. Shipping costs incurred for the purchase will not be refunded.
