Conditions of Return
- Returns can be requested within 14 days after delivery.
- Products must be sealed, undamaged and undamaged.
- For sanitation reasons, returns of opened coffee packages cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; a courier of your choice can be used.
- Responsibility for the goods during return transportation is the responsibility of the customer until arrival at our premises.

- In case of an error on our part in sending the product, the costs will be borne entirely by us.
How to make a Return
- Download the return sheet from this page, fill it out and place it inside the package.

Substitutions
For organizational reasons, substitutions are handled in this way:
- Products must return to the company following the return procedure.
- After verification, we issue the refund related to the original order.
- The customer can then place a new order with the desired replacement items.
Timing of Reimbursement
A refund is issued within 5-10 business days after receipt and verification of the return, using the same payment method as the order. Shipping costs incurred for the purchase will not be refunded.

No, for sanitation reasons we cannot accept returns of opened packages. We only accept sealed and undamaged products.
