Tortini al cocco, caffè e cioccolato

Dear friends of Marcafè, are you ready for a super delicious and easy-to-make recipe?

Today we're offering you coconut, coffee, and chocolate cupcakes, perfect for a snack on autumn afternoons! Let's find out how to make them:

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of flour
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 180 g of soft butter
  • 150 g of milk at room temperature
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g of coconut flour
  • 50ml of Marcafè coffee
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 2 pinches of salt

For decoration:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 80 g of butter
  • Coconut flour to taste

Preparation:

  • We prepare the coffee with the moka pot and pour 50 ml of it into the milk at room temperature.
  • In a bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar and, continuing to mix, add one egg at a time.
  • Pour the milk and coffee into the butter, sugar, and egg mixture and mix well.
  • Gradually add the coconut flour, sifted flour, salt, and baking powder, continuing to mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  • While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the decoration by melting the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
  • Dip the cupcakes in melted chocolate, sprinkle with a little coconut flour, and they're ready to serve and enjoy... Enjoy!
