Tortini al cocco, caffè e cioccolato

Dear Marcafè friends, are you ready for a super yummy and easy-to-make recipe?

Today we bring you Coconut, Coffee and Chocolate Cupcakes, perfect for snacking on autumn afternoons! Let's find out how to prepare them:

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of flour
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 180 g of soft butter
  • 150 g of milk at room temperature
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g of coconut flour
  • 50ml Marcafè coffee
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 2 pinches of salt

For decoration:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 80 g of butter
  • Coconut flour to taste.

Preparation:

  • We prepare the coffee with the mocha and pour 50 ml of it into the room temperature milk.
  • In a bowl, we whip the soft butter with the sugar and, while continuing to mix, add one egg at a time.
  • Pour the milk with coffee into the butter, sugar, and egg mixture and mix well.
  • Little by little, add the coconut flour, sifted flour, salt and baking powder while continuing to mix.
  • We pour the mixture into the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Once cooked, bake and let cool.
  • While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the decoration by melting the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler.
  • We dip the cupcakes in the melted chocolate, dust them with a little coconut flour, and they are ready to be served and enjoyed...enjoy!!!
