Coffee cream
Marcafè friends, today we bring you a fluffy coffee creamer, perfect on its own or for filling desserts.
**Ingredients**
* 80 ml of Marcafè coffee
* 5 teaspoons of sugar
* 350 ml whipping cream
**Procedure**
1. Make the coffee in a moka, sweeten it, let it cool, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. Whip the cream; when it starts to thicken, slowly pour in the coffee while continuing to whip.
3. Freeze for 1 hour, then quickly whip again before serving. Simple and delicious!
