Cake-Pops al caffè

Cake Pops are delicious spherical sweets made of sponge cake and filled with your choice of fillings. They're usually served on long sticks (like lollipops) or simply on a tray and are ideal for sweet snacks with friends.

Let's find out together how to prepare them by following our simple recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml di caffè Marcafè
  • 180 g of sponge cake
  • 180 ml milk
  • 30 g of chocolate chips (or any decoration you like)
  • 100 g of milk chocolate

Procedure:

Preparate il caffè e lasciatelo raffreddare, tagliate il pan di spagna a pezzetti e trasferitelo in una ciotola.

Versate il latte e il caffè nella ciotola del pan di spagna e iniziate ad amalgamare il tutto fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Formate delle piccole sfere con l’impasto appena realizzato, mettetele su un vassoio e lasciatele riposare in frigo per almeno mezz’ora.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, remove the cake pops from the refrigerator and dip them in the melted chocolate so that they are completely covered, immediately after which dip them in the chocolate chips (or whatever decoration you prefer).

Let them dry on a tray and shortly after your cake pops will be ready to be served and enjoyed!
