Cake-Pops al caffè

Cake Pops are mouth-watering spherical-shaped treats made of sponge cake and filled according to one's imagination. They are usually served on long sticks (like lollipops) or simply on a tray and are ideal for sweet snacks with friends.

Let's find out together how to prepare them by following our simple recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of Marcafè coffee
  • 180 g of sponge cake
  • 180 ml milk
  • 30 g of chocolate sprinkles (or whatever decoration you want)
  • 100 g milk chocolate

Procedure:

Prepare the coffee and let it cool, cut the sponge cake into pieces and transfer to a bowl.

Pour the milk and coffee into the bowl of the sponge cake and begin mixing until smooth.

Form small balls with the dough you just made, place them on a tray and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, remove the cake pops from the refrigerator and dip them in the melted chocolate so that they are completely coated; immediately coat them in chocolate sprinkles (or whatever decoration you prefer).

Let them dry on a tray and soon after your cake pops will be ready to be served and enjoyed!
