Coffee Plumcake
Welcome back dear friends of Marcafè, today we bring you a recipe to prepare a mouth-watering and fluffy coffee plumcake, which you can prepare and enjoy with your family for a snack or breakfast.
Let's start by getting the ingredients we need:
- Marcafè Coffee (brewed in a moka) 350 g
- 00 flour 400 g
- Sunflower seed oil 100 g
- Sugar 250 g
- Baking powder 16 g
Preparation
First, let’s make our Marcafè coffee using a moka let it cool slightly. As its aroma fills the kitchen and keeps us company while we prepare the dessert, take a bowl and add half the flour, half the baking powder, and half the sugar.
Incorporate the seed oil while continuing to mix with a whisk until the mixture is smooth.
In another bowl, pour the remaining amount of flour, sugar and baking powder and add the coffee, stirring with a whisk so as not to create lumps.
We butter and flour a rectangular mold (26×11 cm) and helping ourselves with spoons or small ladles pour the two compounds a little at a time, alternating them so as to create a "zebra" decoration.
Once the mold is filled we bake the dough in a static oven preheated to 190° for 20 minutes. After that time we lower the temperature to 160° and let it bake for another 45 minutes.
Once baked let it cool a bit, take it out of the mold, slice it and enjoy!!!
