Dolcetti al caffè, mandorle e cioccolato
Dear friends of Marcafè welcome, today we offer you the recipe to prepare delicious coffee almond and chocolate treats, perfect for breakfast, snack or as a delicious dessert.
Let's start by getting all the ingredients we need:
- 200 g butter
- 320 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 8 g of baking powder
- 30 gr bitter cocoa
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 60 g of almonds
- 1 cup of coffee
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk the room-temperature butter with the sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the room-temperature coffee and (after sifting) add the flour, cocoa powder, finely chopped almonds and baking powder, mixing everything together with a spatula.
Place the mixture in a baking pan covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
When cooked, let it cool and, in the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.Once completely liquid, portion the freshly baked cake with a round pastry cup (or the shape you prefer) , dip it in the chocolate, place it on the baking paper and decorate as desired with almonds or other chocolate. To speed up the solidification of the chocolate you can place the treats in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
