Dear Marcafè friends, welcome! Today we're sharing a quick and easy recipe for a delicious coffee ice cream to share with friends on warm summer evenings.

For this simple recipe, you don't need an ice cream maker; all you need is an electric mixer and the inimitable flavor of our coffee... and voilà, your ice cream is ready!

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml of Marcafè coffee
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 170 g of sugar
  • 200 ml of milk
  • Chocolate chips to taste

Procedure:

  • After preparing the coffee, pour it into a saucepan and add the sugar, put it on the stove keeping the flame low and continue stirring until it starts to boil.
  • While you let the coffee cream cool, whip the cream
  • Combine all the ingredients (coffee cream, milk and whipped cream) mixing from the bottom up so as not to deflate the cream.
  • Once the ingredients are well mixed, add the chocolate chips to your liking and mix so that they are distributed evenly.
  • Take a rectangular container (a plum cake pan will also work), pour the mixture inside and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours, your delicious coffee ice cream with chocolate chips is ready to be served!!
