Gelato al caffè con gocce di cioccolato
Dear Marcafè friends, welcome! Today we're sharing a quick and easy recipe for a delicious coffee ice cream to share with friends on warm summer evenings.
For this simple recipe, you don't need an ice cream maker; all you need is an electric mixer and the inimitable flavor of our coffee... and voilà , your ice cream is ready!
Ingredients:
- 200 ml of Marcafè coffee
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 170 g of sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- Chocolate chips to taste
Procedure:
- After preparing the coffee, pour it into a saucepan and add the sugar, put it on the stove keeping the flame low and continue stirring until it starts to boil.
- While you let the coffee cream cool, whip the cream
- Combine all the ingredients (coffee cream, milk and whipped cream) mixing from the bottom up so as not to deflate the cream.
- Once the ingredients are well mixed, add the chocolate chips to your liking and mix so that they are distributed evenly.
- Take a rectangular container (a plum cake pan will also work), pour the mixture inside and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, your delicious coffee ice cream with chocolate chips is ready to be served!!
If you want to add an extra touch, decorate it with a topping of your choice or with a dusting of cocoa and mint leaves... we're sure your friends will fall in love with this ice cream!!
