Gelato al caffè con gocce di cioccolato
Dear friends of Marcafè welcome find!!! Today we bring you a quick and easy recipe to make a very tasty coffee ice cream to offer to friends on hot summer evenings.
For this simple recipe there is no need to use an ice cream maker, just an electric whisk and the inimitable taste of our coffee... et voila, ice cream is made!
Ingredients:
- 200 ml of Marcafè coffee
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 170 g of sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- Chocolate chips qb
Procedure:
- After brewing the coffee pour it into a saucepan and add the sugar, put it on the stove keeping the flame low and keep stirring until it starts to boil
- While allowing the coffee creamer to cool, whip the cream
- Combine all the ingredients (coffee creamer, milk and whipped cream), mixing from the bottom up so that the cream does not come apart
- Once the ingredients are well blended, add chocolate chips to your liking and mix to distribute them evenly
- Take a rectangular container (the pan you use for pound cake will also do), pour the mixture inside and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- After 4 hours have passed, your very tasty chocolate chip coffee ice cream is ready to be served!!!
If you want to add an extra touch decorate it with a topping of your choice or a sprinkling of cocoa and mint leaves...we are sure your friends will fall in love with this ice cream!!!
