Ghiaccioli panna e caffè

It is a hot summer afternoon but you do not want to give up the taste of a good coffee? We have a yummy solution for you...cream and coffee popsicles!!!

Very simple and quick to prepare they will cool you down during the muggy summer days and give you all the energy you need...try it to believe!!! All you need are popsicle molds or plastic cups and wooden sticks.

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml of Marcafè coffee
  • 150 ml Fresh cream
  • Sugar to taste
  • 50 ml fresh water

Preparation:

  • Prepare coffee and sweeten it to your liking
  • Add the water and let the coffee cool completely
  • Fill popsicle molds (or glasses) halfway with sweetened coffee
  • Place them back in the freezer for at least an hour, after which you take them out and spread a little cream in each mold, or in each glass and put them back in the freezer
  • In case you use glasses or molds to which wooden sticks need to be added wait until the cream solidifies a bit before inserting them.
  • After 8 hours, your popsicles will be ready to be served and enjoyed!!!
