Tiramisù di Pandoro
Tiramisu is one of everyone's favorite desserts...why not try making a variation of it that is perfect for the Christmas season? Today let's make pandoro tiramisu together...let's get all the necessary ingredients:
- 1 pandoro
- 500 g of mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml of fresh whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 8 cups of marcafè coffee
- 50 g of sugar
- Bitter cocoa and coffee beans for decoration
Procedure:
Let's make coffee, sugar to taste, and let it cool down
In 2 separate bowls whisk the egg whites and fresh cream to stiff peaks
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, egg yolks, sugar and a cup of coffee , add a little at a time, and stirring from the bottom up, the cream and beaten egg whites.
We take the pandoro and cut it in the horizontal section into slices about 1 1/2 cm thick.
We arrange a layer of pandoro slices in an oven dish so that they cover the entire surface, brush it with coffee, and then pour a layer of mascarpone cream.
We repeat the process until the dish is full, add a sprinkling of bitter cocoa and a few coffee beans as decoration.
We store in the refrigerator and, after a couple of hours, our pandoro tiramisu is ready to be enjoyed!!!
