Brownies al caffè
Dear Marcafè friends, today's recipe is for coffee brownies, a revised version of the very famous American treats, perfect for coffee lovers!
These are the ingredients we need:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 80 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 60 g of 00 flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of Marcafè coffee
- 1 pinch of salt
Procedure:
First, let's heat the oven to 180°C and prepare the coffee using a 2-cup mocha.
We melt the chocolate with the butter and coffee in a double boiler.In another bowl, we whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
We sift the flour and baking powder and add them to the egg and sugar mixture along with the previously melted chocolate.
We stir until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.
Let's line a baking pan with baking paper and pour the mixture inside (to level it well we can tap the pan on the table a couple of times)
We bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, remember that the brownies inside should remain moist and a thin crust should form on top.
Once removed from the oven we let it cool, cut it into squares and can serve it, perhaps with a sprinkling of powdered sugar and accompanied by a good Marcafè coffee...the perfect combination!
