Cupcake al caffè
Dear friends of Marcafè welcome back, today we bring you a simple and delicious recipe: coffee cupcakes, perfect treats to eat for breakfast or snack and are very fast to prepare...try it to believe!
Let's start by getting all the ingredients:
- 240 g 00 flour
- 190 g Sugar
- 40 g Seed oil
- 10 g baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 70 g of Marcafè Coffee
- 110 g Milk
- 4 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips (to be increased or decreased according to taste)
Procedure:
First let's prepare the coffee (a 3-cup mocha should be sufficient) and once ready let it steep without sugaring.
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar and whisk them together until light and fluffy.
Add the coffee, milk and oil to the bowl and mix everything together with the whisk.
At this point we can add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix everything together.
To finish, we add the chocolate chips and mix one last time.
We take ramekins and fill them just over half full with the mixture.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Once left to cool, we can store them in a tightly sealed airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
